Our board members are devoted volunteers from the community who are committed to the vision of Lodestar Academy. They are preparing the school for our inaugural year and will remain actively involved, ensuring we continue to flourish and serve our community with heart and purpose.
Our extraordinary staff members are carefully selected and have a remarkable ability to bring a dash of magic to any classroom. Together, we pour our hearts into creating a nurturing home away from home for all our scholars.
Justine Russell -Lead Director/founder
Justine Russell has devoted over 2 decades to working with children and the neurodivergent community. Growing up, she did not realize that she was neurodivergent, but after discovering this as an adult, she has dedicated her life to helping others who face similar struggles.
She is blissfully married to a retired army veteran, and together they have two inspiring neurodivergent teenagers along with a household full of rescued animals they call family.
